Do not attempt to channel or involve yourself with the following things: Quija Boards, Ghost Hunting, psychic readings, Ayahuasca, witchcraft, black magic, candle magic, shamanism, botanica shops other ritualistic magic. These things open you and will bring unintended consequences into you life, energy field & home. This isn’t spirituality, these are foolish exploits which will hinder true spiritual growth and will slow your healing & growth process. *There are many gifted psychics who are serving from a good place and many that are not. I can recommend a qualified psychic if you are seeking that form of guidance.
Most people fail to understand this opens you to many unseen things and can move your karma in a vastly wrong direction. I have worked with my share of clients who are being plagued by spirits and worse because of their karma and what they’ve opened themselves up to. It’s better to clear your karma’s with safe spiritual practices, so you can move through and face these challenges in smart manner, when your ready to deal with them.
I highly recommend all persons working with me start out with Christa Level 1, then Outer Fields Protection and you can do the Ana Mata initiation immediately and lastly Christa level 2. This process isn’t a hobby, like collecting tokens, gimmicks this is REAL spiritual work with real spiritual empowerment’s and these gifts offer tremendous blessings but to truly integrate them take time and effort. I’ve had some clients in one session re-awaken old abilities, while yet another person cannot perceive the energetic support they are receiving. Everyone is at a different place in their own karmic cycle and things unfold differently for everyone. This is a fantastic way to ask for help and give permission for many high level saints to start looking at you. Based on your own awareness you may realize their presence but they are working at a very subtle level. If you have a SRF Temple or meditation facility close to you then go for Sunday or meditation services.
I would also HIGHLY recommend that you purchase the book Soul Wisdom I by Master Zhi Gang Sha. You will find this book is full of so many blessings, healing and assistance for such a little cost. The book is available on Amazon for a hard cover book for less than $12.00. The price in spiritual value cannot be contemplated. Here’s my advice, do not skip a page, read every word, if your tired stop and restart when your constitution is refilled. You will easily receive 200 blessings “spiritual healings” or more in the first 50 pages of this book. Don’t make a mistake and think this is nonsense as what I tell you is 100% truth. All of his books from 2008 and on offer spiritual blessing downloads, so increase your soul standing by using these tools. All of his books offer this assistance, however I do feel this book is a fantastic place to start.
Do not involve yourself in mind altering drugs or use drugs seeking to improve your spiritual connection or gifts. (LSD/Acid), Ayahuasca, Mushrooms or any substance which puts you out of balance. Such substances reduce your frequency and allows for energetic vulnerabilities to be more easily exploited. Spiritual development is all about balance and no great saint or yogi needs drugs to reach God or have powerful meditations. Having spiritual awareness or understanding can be great if you only saw angels, saints, etc, but rest assured there are many other things which can present themselves which are not pleasant to see and realize and they come in abundance.
Never attempt to intentionally assume anyone Else’s problems, karma or illnesses. Having empathy is one thing but being sympathetic is at a completely different level. Most sensitives are processing karma for many other people that is why they are quite frequently very diminished. The common experience is “Taking on” someone else’s problems. Why is or has this happened in many other lifetimes we were much stronger than other people, so since we didn’t have an easy fix for a situation we would energetically assume someone else’s problems, since we could weigh the burden or at least we thought we could. Many people on Earth today are burdened with others illness, disease, karma and truly the best way to dislodge these karma’s is through true spiritual practices.
If ever confronted with spiritual beings, never challenge them. It’s better to pray, call on Lord Christ, Angels, etc. This doesn’t mean you will necessary feel their support initially, but it’s better, not to dig yourself into a hole against lower beings, which are well versed in creating problems for those of us in-body. A simple chant of “I call on Lord Christ for protection” repeated as long as necessary is a much better alternative. Lower beings don’t need to sleep and they have plenty of other friends to harass, annoy or make you suffer in anyway they can.
Never get involved in energetic healing work “Reiki”, massage or other forms of energy healing without having the necessary completed protection in place, otherwise you can easily pick up and process other people’s energetic junk and everyone carries many things which could become a hindrance to your spiritual journey. My advice have Christa level 1, complete it will take you approximately 90 days with diligence even attempting any of these other things and I would abstain from lesser healing methods completely. The world does not need more unhealed healers as your healing process is the most important one you can seek. Remember always, God is the healer, God is the doer and it’s Gods power which heals. We might assist or stand in but it’s Gods will not ours that makes healing happen. The more you love God the faster you will heal and grow.
Remove all things, which carry or could carry lower vibrations from your personal space or home. Furniture, jewelry, crystals, artifacts, weapons used in war, whatever doesn’t resonate with your vibration. Low consciousness content draws low consciousness beings & energies.
Never invite people of questionable or low moral character into your home as a higher vibration environment, offers a healing environment and often discharges lower energies into your space for you to have to clear. You will discover as you grow spiritually you will shed people from your life as you increase your frequency, its a natural by product of healing and personal growth.
Abstain from negative TV, Internet websites, Pornography, video games as these things draw lower vibrations, they are like blood in the water for sharks to follow. This doesn’t mean you cannot have a balanced sex life, however, being overly promiscuous will not help you in your growth process.
Be loving, respectful of other people’s wishes, especially in their own healing process. Do your best to stay out of judgement of others and self and take the necessary time for solitude as you need it.
Find time for your own devotional practice, prayer, reflection on your life and how you can improve it with the assistance of the Divine. There is no A to Z process to spiritual development you have to do your work, your part in the process. Having awakened spiritual gifts do not mean you are more advanced than someone else, so mind your ego always.
Call upon God as God, Divine Mother, Holy Father, Blessed Father & Mother, Lord Christ, Lord Krishna or any other aspect “Avatar of God as their intended name, God isn’t called Spirit. Do your very best to be as specific as possible in your process. Don’t think for a minute that others aren’t watching or listening and won’t try to derail your efforts, especially if you are making great strides.
God and other higher beings only support you in greater ways, if you ask for their support. Lower beings, don’t follow such rules, they will show up uninvited, so seek the proper support from God.
Eat clean good foods, stay away from processed foods as much as possible. Saying a prayer before eating is always advisable, offer your meal to God first as Gods blessings will help to make the food more blessed thus increasing it’s vibration.
Create a place for yourself to pray, meditate, keep that place free, clear of other people’s energy’s which would take away from the sanctity of that place. Pictures of saints, Jesus, Mother Mary will add to the space and will assist you in your devotional practices. Always come to God and the higher forces with Supplication “humility as you ask” for help. If your not trying to help yourself, don’t expect them to rescue you without a lesson, especially if your creating problems for yourself and others.
Just because someone has awakened spiritual gifts, doesn’t mean they are more advanced or even spiritually older than you. This causes some people with awakened abilities to not be able to relate, understand or even help you address the situations you are working through. We hold many karmic ties, which take effort and devotion to overcome, this is especially true, if your life path is to become God Realized or to become a powerful healer. Much of what we are working through is as old as the stars in the nights sky, so it is unlikely a younger soul can help you.

This is a excellent process to follow for a closed eye meditative healing. Start by breathing, relaxing and centering yourself and then see yourself settling into your heart center. Repeat this quietly in your heart center “I love my heart and soul” as many times as you feel directed to do. Then repeat in the same manner “I love myself and I forgive myself” as you feel directed. Lastly, when you are ready “I am worthy of Gods Love and Protection” when you are finished, always thank God, The Christ, the blessed angels and those who are in service of Gods will.
Many people spend a lifetime in church and then decide there must be more for them and when this happens a solution will present itself to really deepen their connection with God and Christ. The reason many people don’t have big growth is two-fold they weren’t ready/accepting of more and secondly they have to receive the blessings “anointing”, which really allow the connection to be useful. Think of this like having a broken wall outlet in your home, nothing will work in that outlet until the electrician wires in a new outlet, breaker and then flips the switch. When you receive these new connections, greater light, capacity, charge comes to you and this is what allows you to really begin healing yourself to much greater levels. Occasionally, other abilities of spirit will awaken but sometimes they won’t, although many gifts may be waiting in the wind. What’s really important is healing your Body, mind and spirit, so you can serve God in his time, not yours. I know most want to belief this is their only life and that they are already in a perfect working condition but this simply isn’t true. If we only lived one life then who would chose a life of suffering? Who would receive the blessings of perfect health, material gain or have exceeding outward beauty? Who would be the savants those who have advanced mathematical or musical abilities, who would have the abilities to learn many languages? Who would chose to be disabled with the loss of sight, limbs or not be able to hear? No one would chose these, unless it gained them a greater lesson and offered to bring balance in a future incarnation. The answer to complete healing is healing your soul and that cannot be accomplished with talk therapy, medicine or any other modality which doesn’t include the Divine. We are here to do one thing, know-God & know-self and unfortunately as we create a list of life to-do’s God tends to end up at the bottom of the pile quite often. While, God contact should be number 1 on our list and never should slip from that position.
Spiritual Guides: We all have guidance it doesn’t mean however, that your current guides are guides to start helping you heal other people. Much of the advanced spiritual healing work is being completed by highly evolved spiritual guides, angelic beings, Ascended Masters, etc. The only way you working with these beings is through connection of initiation, introduction and the necessity of their assistance. The spiritual guides at this level are very aware of what is being worked on and if it’s appropriate can or will be released “worked out” as some karma’s need extensive time to resolve. Meaning, just because you know you have been diagnosed with something, it doesn’t mean God is ready to let you off the hook for it. Many big karma “illnesses” are tied to countless other things, which need to resolve first and in time your initial diagnosed problem simply goes away as you heal through your karma’s. The issue is are you going to be afforded the time to actually get to this point. I assure you if you do nothing, God knows that and if you give it 100% God knows that as well as God is the ultimate decider if you’ve learned the lesson for those respective karma’s. Never blame or take aim at God for your lessons, this is your situation to move through and the creator doesn’t love anyone any less or more. No healer can heal you or help you release something if your not ready to be done with no matter how painful or annoying it can be for you. Many of our prolific karma’s are buried very deep within us. For example its like burying a pyramid in the sand and you only see-sense the tip of it protruding, which causes the awareness to it. As you dig deeper into the sand “lessons” you realize who you were, what you’ve done and you ultimately decide what your willing to accept or not accept any longer. Each of these levels contain experiences, lifetimes of anger, pain, suffering, imbalance and learning. As each of these is resolved you get more truth and regain your light which brings more of you back into alignment with Gods will offering you peace, which in turn allows you to serve, be happy, content and realize who you are and ultimately gain the greatest treasure to step beyond duality. Duality is “The false belief-reality, understanding or sense that you are separate from the creator”
